Subscription Policy

Yearly Plan Terms & Conditions:

• You will be assigned the Chum Plan (Free Plan) and the Plan Start Date as soon as you sign up into the app.
• When you upgrade to a paid Yearly plan, your billing cycle will start on the same date.
  • For example, if your order date is 10^th January, then your subscription start date is 10^th January and your plan will automatically renew on the 10^th January of the following year and so on every year until canceled.
• There is no fee for Cancellation requests received at-least 3 business days prior to the renewal date.
• Cancellation requests received after the renewal date will have a $10 administrative fee.
• Yearly plan cancellation within 7 days of renewal date will be eligible for a full refund minus the $10 administrative fee.
• Yearly plan cannot be canceled after 7 days of the renewal date.
